This page explains what happens to the details you send us, why we collect them, and what your rights are. It is written to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

MAVK Digital Agency is the data controller for any personal data collected through this website. We are a digital studio based in Antalya, Turkey, working with clients in the United Kingdom. For anything related to your data, contact us at hello@mavkdigital.com.
When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), business name, the service you are interested in, your budget range, and your message. We also record the page you submitted from and, if you arrived via a marketing link, basic campaign tags (UTM parameters). We do not collect anything else, and we do not use tracking cookies.
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project. We do not add you to a mailing list, share your details with third parties for marketing, or use them for profiling.
Form submissions are stored in Supabase, hosted on AWS in the eu-central-1 region (Frankfurt, Germany). The website is hosted on Vercel. Both providers act as data processors under their own GDPR-compliant terms.
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can refer back if you return with a project. If you would like your details removed sooner, email us and we will delete them within 30 days.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mavkdigital.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. No consent banner is required because no tracking cookies are set.
